Well this certainly was a cool way to say “Thank You”!

Got this email sent to Noah and I recently from Rohan V:

To the Brothers,

Thank you, sincerely. Let me explain. I’m currently trying to deliver free education to 20 million people in Sri Lanka and I’ve learnt a ton from both of you, as well as acquired a metric shit ton of awesome knowledge via the ongoing @appsumo deals which will hopefully directly translate into both meaningful and lasting change for an entire nation within my lifetime.

I just wanted to reach out and scribble these sentiments down because sometimes it really is the simplest things that matter the most.

Here’s a little Sumo Dojo we did about Public Speaking. Some do’s, don’t, tips, tricks:

SPEAKING of public speaking…..I spoke on Thursday about validating business ideas, and I wanted to warm up the crowd a bit. I decided to make everyone sing “We Will Rock You”, and wasn’t sure if a whole crowd could keep up the beat AND sing at the same time. See for yourself how it turned out :-)

It’s happened over and over again…..

Anytime we try to make something all about money, it’s usually kinda boring and not as profitable.

Whenever we try to just make something FUN, it’s a great time AND the money somehow follows:

Next time you’re doing something boring or just for money, try asking the questions, “How can I make this fun for ME?”

….it often opens up a lot of creativity.

Mac Shortcuts – Watch this if you use a Mac

If you just bought a Mac, or have used one for years, I guarantee you’ll learn some productivity hacks in this video!

I was slowly convinced to buy a MacBook Air about 1 1/2 years ago….and I’ve never looked back.

You open the Mac up, and the damn thing is just READY TO GO.

And it’s not just ONE reason I’ve switched to Macs…..it’s like 150 very very small things that make the overall experience a pleasure.

Learning all the little tricks has helped boost my productivity a HUGE amount since I spend about 10 hours a day on a computer.

Laptop or desktop, these MacHackz will save you time:

Well….at the beginning of the month my hair color was “bright blue“ …..but now faded into “i-don’t-know-what-the-hell-is-on-my-head” color.

SUMO DOJO – Hiring People To Make You Better (and PAYING for it)

STEP 1.) Place camera in very precarious position on a ledge surrounded by hot tub on one side, and pool on the other.

STEP 2.) Start filming a video in a hot tub with other people in it….and pretend to ignore them.

STEP 3.) Film a Sumo Dojo about hiring tutors for yourself….and why you should PAY for it!

P.S. Apologies to the couple inside the hot tub who DID NOT enjoy a romantic dip thanks to us :-)
