I’ve recently got the opportunity to help a real estate developer sell 20-30 newly rennovated condos. Talk about getting a quick education in real estate!
This opportunity is perfect, as I plan to own real estate in the future. I will be on the marketing side of the operation and have several plans including: blanketing the area with flyers and signs, put up Ebay real estate listings, create a website and notify local businesses.
If anyone has had success in selling real estate, drop me some tips!

Hire a Interior Designer…or to save lots of money hire a student designer. The advantage of hiring a student is they will work for free (sometimes) to get legitimate references & build their portfolio. [Note: I don't condone /nor should anyone take advantage of another party]
Furnish 1 or 2 Condo’s to make the buyers feel the “sizzle”.
Done properly this will be a win-win situation. Also if you pitch it correctly. Fancy Furniture stores “may” even lend you furniture if you promenently/creatively display their name
Thanks! I really appreciate the suggestion.
One of the condos has been converted into a model home which was furnished by an interior designer.
I think making a 2nd condo into a model home with a different “theme” would be a good idea though.
