Here are my October 2020 Goals:

1.) I want to start printing out articles more often. Something about sitting down with a piece of paper and pen just far increases retention than reading online (for me).
Steps: I setup my printer to be always on, connected to WiFi, and in a more convenient place.
2.) I want to increase my speed of making images.
3.) 15KAR

Here’s my goals for July 2020:

#1.) I’ve been doing well eating once a day. It resonates pretty well with me and definitely helps keep weight in check, and allows me to eat a big ass dinner!
#2.) I wanna put out another course inside our members area.
#3.) Headed to Malibu, CA. with friends and gonna live on the beach! I’ll be immediately setting up an office there to make sure work isn’t impacted in the slightest.

These are my goals for June 2020:
#1.) Hit 160 lbs by eating OMAD (One Meal A Day). I lost 8+ lbs last month doing this. It suits my life best. No food all day, then around 8pm or 9pm (or whenever) I eat whatever the heck I want.
The trick will be keeping up with this diet as social stuff is starting to become a thing again.
#2.) Other goals not listing here.

Here’s my goals for May 2020:

#1.) Hit 165lbs.
#2.) 10KAR100KS
#3.) Publish a book by end of the month.
I should preferably do this by May 20th since there can be time delays with this.
I’m going to take the lessons I learned from my last book, and try to put this out quickly. Now with a book there’s A LOT more pressure than a blog post, because you put this out as a paid product, and people can rate it, so it’s gotta be decently good.
SO I will probably be utilizing many live public work sessions to accomplish this! I did the first one here.
